A guide to better working relationships

Have you ever had a tense meeting with a colleague just to find out at the end of it that you were both actually advocating for the same exact thing? What about a colleague with whom you work often that always seems to be on a completely different page than you?

Those kinds of interactions can be draining and can definitely zap your productivity, but don’t fret!

The PI Relationship Guide is a tool that was designed specifically for two colleagues. Through awareness of each others’ communication styles, strengths, cautions, and blockers, this guide can help you form better more effective working relationships while minimizing distracting employee squabbles.

Teams are complex and understanding what each member of a team needs to be their best can be daunting. Team leaders need people-driven insights to inspire peak performance and team members reap the benefits of knowing what role they play on the team.
