Reset password troubleshooting guide
If you never received your password reset email, there’s a few possible reasons why.
Blocked by a firewall
You may not be receiving the password reset email due to your company not safelisting PI’s URLs. To ensure all PI software-related emails are delivered, make sure your IT team has safelisted the following:
- 192.254.123.39
- predictiveindex.com
- mailer.predictiveindex.com
- outbound.research.net
Inactive account
If you are not receiving your PI password reset email, it is possible that your company’s PI software account has been placed on hold or has been retired. Please contact your PI certified Partner (if applicable), the PI Account Owner, or your supervisor for further information.
