A total of 8 Talent Optimization Awards will be handed out by an esteemed panel of judges who are leading the talent optimization revolution and will be helping to hand out the awards at the luncheon.

Jackie Dube


With 20 years of experience in Human Resources at different companies—ranging from a small start-up to now The Predictive Index—Jackie Dube, VP of Talent Optimization, has gained extensive insight into HR and people management. Her current role at The Predictive Index puts her in a unique position to comment on the importance and rise of people data – the way it’s being used or misused in organizations and what companies can do to leverage this information to build a better talent strategy that aligns to the broader business strategy.

Matt Poepsel, PhD


With 20 years of experience in Human Resources at different companies—ranging from a small start-up to Matt is the Senior Vice President of Product for The Predictive Index, where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s product portfolio and innovation roadmap. Prior to joining The Predictive Index, Matt co-founded Covocative, a web-based coaching software company. He previously served as the Vice President of Professional Services at Gomez, Inc. he held leadership roles on the Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Consulting, and Training teams. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Excelsior College, received an MBA and a second Masters degree in Management Information Systems from Boston University and holds a PhD in Psychology from Capella University.

Maribel Olvera


Maribel Olvera is the Senior Vice President of Operations at The Predictive Index, where she oversees four key functional areas including customer success, customer and partner service, business intelligence and business systems. Prior to joining The Predictive Index, Maribel was a SVP of Operations at ExamSoft, an exam management and analytics platform. She has 13 years of experience in the industry, and specializes in customer success strategy, CRM and ERP Systems, business intelligence, six sigma, operations management, and service. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, and an MBA, with a concentration in Operations Management from Florida Atlantic University.

Greg Barnett, PhD


Greg Barnett is the Senior Vice President of Science at The Predictive Index, where he oversees the execution of the company’s science agenda, including talent analytics, employee assessments, employee surveys, psychometrics, machine learning, natural language processing, and talent optimization data science.  Prior to joining The Predictive Index, Greg held positions at IBM and worked in the psychometric assessment space. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and got his PhD in Philosophy with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa.
