The Predictive Index Moves Corporate Headquarters to Westwood

New HQ is modern and collaborative, with focus on brand, culture and engagement

Westwood, MA March 3, 2016 – The Predictive Index today announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters to 101 Station Drive in Westwood, a newly renovated office complex located directly behind University Station. The open concept office space occupies more than 21,000 square feet, nearly doubling the size of its previous location in Wellesley Hills.

“We are excited to be in such a vibrant office space,” said Mike Zani, CEO of The Predictive Index. “The location is perfect for our employees and will accommodate our expansion as the team grows in the coming months. We added more than 30 new employees in 2015 and expect to hire a dozen more in 2016. 101 Station Drive is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of University Station, the Route 128 MBTA commuter rail and Amtrak stations, and is also a quick ride to Logan Airport.”

The Predictive Index engaged designer Lannhi Tran to re-imagine their new office space to foster innovation, collaboration, and create a tangible experience that delivers on the company’s core values and recent re-brand. The end result includes open-area and collaborative workspaces, massive expanses of whiteboard and glass brainstorming walls, as well as multiple gathering areas.

“The gorgeous views of Blue Hills Reservation made for an already inspiring backdrop for The Predictive Index’s new office,” said Lannhi Tran, Founder and Chief Designer of Little Dragon Decor. “Glass architectural walls allowed us to maximize the natural light while remaining cost efficient and providing modular flexibility as compared to more traditional drywall buildouts.”

The office space features polished concrete floors that take the place of carpet allowing employees to get around the office on scooters and skateboards. Ping pong and shuffleboard make for nice mini-breaks in the work day. Fun lighting, bean bags and rocking buoy chairs are scattered throughout to encourage unconventional thinking. The energized space achieves both workday enjoyment and high productivity. Whiteboard surfaces cover most walls and tables ultimately allowing work to get done everywhere.
