Invite an existing user to a new product

Each product within the PI platform has its own set of Access Levels. For example, if you have access to PI Hire within your company, you’ll still need an invitation to access PI Design.

To invite an existing user to a new product, follow the instructions below.

Note: Only Admins can send email invitations.


  1. Open either PI Hire or PI Inspire.
  2. In the top-right corner, select the admin button (). A menu will appear to the right.
  3. Select the Email address box.
  4. Enter the email of the person you’d like to add.
  5. Select an access level.
  6. Select Invite.
  7. The user will receive an email inviting them to use PI.
