Overview and Support
The Inspire section of the software is where we house the tools that are used to literally inspire and manage employees through the use of Relationship Guides, Manager Development Chart, and the Management Strategy Guide.
The Relationship Guide is used to see how two individuals who may have similar profiles or completely opposite profiles can work together. This guide compares the strengths the two individuals will have when working together, as well caution areas that should be acknowledged.
The Manager Development Chart helps managers understand their strengths, caution areas, and tips for improving.
The Management Strategy Guide can be used to aid in custom-tailoring individual management styles for each direct reports’ behavioral drives and needs to build strong reporting relationships.
