Inspire onboarding

Audience: All employees – managers and individual contributors.
Outcomes: The ability to use the features and guides in Inspire to hone individual strengths, build meaningful working relationships, and fast-track development.

Below are our recommendations for managers and individual contributors. We’ll cover features and guides that will help with self-awareness and awareness of others. Being able to quickly understand and empathize with one another and learning how they’re wired to think, work, and communicate leads to more productive meetings, improved coaching and development conversations, and better working relationships overall.

  • Review the Relationship Guide, Management Skills Guide, and Management Tips for each of your direct reports.
  • Keep the Manager’s Guide to Reference Profiles handy. It provides information on how to motivate and recognize, provide direction and feedback, delegate, and coach each person based on their Reference Profile.
