Data Usage, Ownership, & Timeline
1. Client’s own their data.
- In terms of client access, the client administrator (or higher) is responsible for the creation/deletion of users and assigning access rights.
- At PI, only engineers and the User Operations team have access to client data.
- UOS can not share assessment results or score id’s (BSID) with assessment takers. Assessment takers must reach out to the administrator who provided them the assessment to obtain those results.
- If the assessment taker took the BA through The Predictive Index using ‘Try PI’, we are permitted to provide that BSID.
- UOS may only share assessment taker data or BSIDs with an Account Admin/Owner at the client where the data was collected.
- If a separate client asks for data not contained in their account, we cannot provide that. Quick text has been created to help with your response.
2. PI Clients are fully in control of their own data.
- Administrator users (or higher) may delete or anonymize data from their account as needed via the software.
3. All data is permanently anonymized 120 days after contract termination.
- Once anonymized, the data can not be restored.
