What kind of training or PI knowledge is needed for my teams?

No formal training required! While no official training is needed, we encourage you to work with a PI Consultant to understand the basics—such as Reference Profiles, interpreting Behavioral Assessment insights, and applying behavioral data effectively through the Hire and Inspire modules, prior to implementing Perform Essentials. This simply allows you to fully understand the day to day value of behavioral insights Perform Essentials can bring you. We also have support along the way to ensure you feel confident and comfortable using the new product.


How do I roll out Perform Essentials to my organization?

A dedicated PI consultant can help you roll out Perform Essentials through our Co-Service program. Your consultant will conduct an onboarding call with you to help set up your account and discuss an implementation and rollout strategy. With an agreed upon plan in place, your consultant will also provide you with resources for webinars, continuing education, and 30-60-90 day milestones to strive for that correlate with successful adoption.

    • With dedicated workspaces for each meeting, individuals can collaborate on discussion topics, share notes and files, and track action items coming out of meetings. Use workspaces to build agendas async, so each meeting is purpose-driven.
    • Use Perform’s guided in-meeting experience, Meeting Mode, to keep everyone centered on the same discussion topic, document notes and decisions in real-time, and record action items with clear owners and deadlines. After the meeting is done, Perform sends out automated meeting summaries to all participants, ensuring everyone is aligned on the meeting’s outcomes and next steps.
