With expertise in client relations, human resources, training & development, and career support, Katherine, a former Foreign Service officer, and nonprofit executive director provides strategic leadership over our company’s career success, talent optimization, and outplacement lines of business. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts with high honors from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
Michael Akbar
Having used Predictive Index since the year 2,000 at his various former businesses, Michael has a deep appreciation for the vision and frustrations of leaders who strive to achieve the best results with the hands they are given by turning any team into a high-performing team. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from McGill University and a master’s degree in systems engineering from the City University of London. He is a Certified Career Coach and an Accredited Business Advisor.
