For over twenty-five years, Rusty Bozman held various senior leadership roles in all aspects of Human Resources for publicly traded and private organizations. He has also has a MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology from University of Baltimore.
Jennifer Bozman
President
Jennifer has broad experience in customer service, corporate communications, technology and technical writing. For almost ten years, Jennifer held positions of increasing responsibility at Choice Behavioral Health Partnership, Life of the South Insurance Corporation and within Alltel’s mortgage software division. From 2002 through 2011 Jennifer put her career on hold in order to focus on raising the two children she shares with Rusty. In 2011, she re-entered the workforce as the president and co-founder of Workplace Synergistics with Rusty, where she remains today. In her role, Jennifer manages the accounting, invoicing, receivables, procurement, scheduling and all aspects of supporting the corporate entity.
