Mark discovered his skill and passion for recruiting and team development during his decade long career with the University of Texas baseball team. From there, he segued into corporate recruiting and talent management with a growing digital media company, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the team and annual revenue. He most recently founded the human capital practice at Staff One HR to help clients identify, hire and inspire exceptional employees. Mark holds a Bachelors Degree from UT

Mark Sinatra is the CEO of Staff One HR. Before joining Staff One HR, Mark co-founded Gordian Capital, a private investment company that focuses on making long-term investments in lower middle market companies. He has worked in the private equity, investment banking, consulting, and business process outsourcing industries for the following companies: Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, Andersen, RR Donnelley and The Parthenon Group.
