We utilize the science and reliability of the Predictive Index system to analyze the behavior requirements of work compared to the Behavioral Tendencies of candidates and incumbents to achieve the best match. 2. improving the FOCUS on the products and services that will generate the most cash utilizing a proprietary analysis process.

Frank has 25 years experience as a consultant and 13 years as a C-Level Executive. Frank's expertise is in leading change. The initiatives he has lead have accounted for over $2 billion in cumulative benefits. Frank has been involved with the Predictive Index since 1978 as both a consultant and a user. A graduate of Davidson College, he lives with his wife Holly on a small ranch in Longview, WA.
