After a few decades working in the trenches of corporate America, Susan wanted to share her vision of empowered leadership. She got her Masters in Organizational Development, and became a credentialed leadership coach. Her practice started with coaching leaders in middle management in Fortune 100 companies. Although she was able to help with their individual goals, she began to see a systematic problem in organizations across industries. The talent was not aligned with the business strategy.
Susan discovered talent optimization was the data driven, evidenced based model, that could propel companies to have successful business outcomes. As a Predictive Index Certified Partner, she has the skills, knowledge and programs to help you deploy a superstar workforce.
