Looking back on the coaching experience, what I think I appreciated most was Tony’s ability to make me think about what was truly the objective. When I brought up issues, he never told me what to do, rather he helped guide me to discover what action I needed to take. This was not always easy, but in the long-run it helped build my confidence. Overall, the experience not only improved my effectiveness at work; it also helped me in life.

The most effective consultants and coaches inspire individuals to achieve, persevere, and elevate the performance of self and others. Tony exemplifies these characteristics, combining the best attributes of a leader and coach -- listening, sharing experiences, challenging assumptions, and finding solutions. I have benefited greatly by working with Tony and within a short period of time have noticed clear, positive changes to my leadership style that have impacted my organization.

Dr. Zipple always said, "Be a scientist, experiment, and find solutions that work for you and your company. The important thing is to get moving and TRY something." This was great advice for me as an executive and as a person!
