James has over 42 years' experience in the operations, maintenance and training of nuclear facilities. He has successfully lead station and corporate operations and training organizations. He served the commercial nuclear industry as an INPO Accreditation Team Leader, EPRI Planner Training Team Leader, and NEI Delivering the Nuclear Promise team member during his numerous assignments.
