President and CEO

David Lahey is the founder of Predictive Success, and an MBA graduate from Queen’s University. David has been specializing in leadership development, talent acquisition, change management and productivity improvement for over 25 years across a variety of industries. He is an executive coach and consultant to 28% of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. David has been a master certified Predictive Index®(PI®) Analyst since 1988.

Jennifer Lahey

Managing Principal

Jennifer is an advisor to many of North America's leading organizations, helping executives connect their talent strategy with the overarching business strategy. She is a Queen's University graduate and holds a Master of Science. Jennifer joined the Predictive Success team in 2016 as a Client Success Lead, then transitioning to a Sales role in 2022.

Curtis brings over a decade of experience in the legal, private equity and M&A fields to his role as Managing Principal. Prior to joining Predictive Success, Curtis was a private equity attorney at leading international law firms in Toronto and New York City. He received his JD and MBA degrees from Queen's University and B.A. from Eckerd College.

Kelly-Anne has over 12 years of Human Capital consulting experience, spanning Deloitte's Organization Design practice and KPMG's People & Change practice. Kelly-Anne's strategy engagements, coaching sessions, and workshops are anchored on empowering leaders to create high-performing teams and future-ready organizations. Kelly-Anne is a graduate of Queen's University and holds a certificate in Economic Policy (Fudan University, Shanghai), Master of Industrial Relations and is a Certified Human Recourses Professional (CHRP)
