Managing Partner and Owner
Michael is passionate about helping companies become more successful through the use of people analytics. Michael started working with PI in 2008. Michael has a Master degree in Business and Law from Copenhagen Business School and has 25 years of experience within general management, change management, global turn-arounds and retail optimisation.
Client Relations Manager
Dorte Eghave has been Client Relations Manager at Predictio since 2011. She is in charge of customer relations, marketing and administration. Dorte has a Master degree in Languages and Business from Copenhagen Business School. Dorte has many years of experience within customer care, project management, account management, global solution selling and marketing.
Global Training and Client Support Coordinator
Justine Vannestrand is resposible for trainings, support, and client relations. Justine has a Bachelor's Degree in Enterprising and Business Development from Linneaus University in Sweden. Justine has experience in sales, project management and business development.
Head of Training & Senior Key Account Manager
Patrik Dandanell is Head of Training & Senior Key Account Manager at Predictio. With his previous experience within sales, strategic management and a B.A in International Business from Florida Southern College and a M.Sc. in International Strategic Management from Stockholm University, Patrik has valuable knowledge about strategic and organizational development and management. He has previously worked with sales, strategy and organizational development at Agerus System AB and Bygma Gruppen AB.
PI is a naturally integrated part of my work day. My PI skills help me successfully adapt my oral as well as written communication. This has reduced misunderstandings to a minimum and helped me find ”short cuts” in my communication with my store managers and sales people. In connection with recruitment interviews and development reviews, PI provides us with data that enable us to go beyond our gut feeling.
SVT has been using Predictive Index in almost all manager recruitments for over 10 years. PI has become a natural and recognized complement to the interviews for us in HR. We also use PI in team / group development. With PI the group gets a clearer picture of participants’ motivations, strengths and development areas. SVT has about ten PI analysts today and they are all very much in demand. It’s both fun and stimulating that the tool has had such a high impact in our organisation.
We have been working with Michael and Predictio for almost 3 years now, and truly view the team at Predictio as an extension of our business.
