Leonora Zilkha Williamson is the Founder/CEO of Platinum Rule Advisors, a consulting firm devoted to bringing out the best in people and teams through executive coaching, facilitation and the Predictive Index® analytics. Her career includes leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, Boston Consulting Group, and Estée Lauder. A graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School, she is also a certified coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation. She has lived in 8 countries, speaks 5
Morgan Morello
Marketing Specialist
Morgan Morello graduated from Baylor University with a degree in public relations and a minor in business administration. Morgan previously worked as a marketing specialist for Restoration Gateway Ministries and has experience working in the operations communication sector of Cracker Barrel. Morgan is responsible for all Platinum Rule Advisors marketing initiatives.
We recently enlisted the coaching expertise of Leonora to conduct a 2-day Predictive Index® workshop for our Leadership team with a focus on team building, staff development and retention. Leonora's ability to continually keep her audience engaged, excited and informed (all while having fun) is what makes her incomparable as a coach!
