Derek is a 20+ year veteran of the executive search industry having managed 100’s of successful engagements for many top employers throughout the Northeast. Derek represents the second generation of ownership of the firm and leads a talented and diverse team of professionals. Derek was the lead on the TD Bank account through a period of rapid growth and recruits nationally for many of New England’s premier brands.

Susan Pemberton

Partner

Susan (CPA, CIA) grew up in public accounting holding several positions within finance and risk management. She has been fortunate to work for many of New England’s top employers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, TD Bank, and LL Bean. Much of Susan’s career was spent in audit where she had extensive experience collaborating with executive leadership across the enterprise. This provided Susan with a more holistic view of talent and an ability to handle multiple engagements across industries.

Andreea is a strong community and business developer. Her love for languages and international background merges uniquely with her exposure to the private and non-profit sectors. Andreea has established robust relations in New England in her efforts to enhance dialogue and cross-collaboration in the social and economic realms. She was a key player in the Midcoast Technology Occupations through Pathway Strategies Grant which allocated funds for STEM career pathways in Maine.

Kayla is a recent graduate of UMaine. As a Maine native, she developed a passion for the outdoors that led her to pursue a bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism. Her educational background coupled with her work experience in the hotel and restaurant industries have provided her with excellent communication, leadership and relationship building skills. A shared resource for recruiters, Kayla’s ability to turn over rocks has proven very advantageous in identifying top talent.
