Jeremy’s career has spanned industries and continents. Originally from the UK, Jeremy founded his first consulting company in his 20s. After stints serving multiple global brands, he settled in Canada. His biggest challenge came when he joined the leadership team of one of his clients, an exciting early-stage growth company. Jeremy built, managed, and led technology and operations teams, creating a platform for growth, and driving up gross margins. The company expanded internationally, quadrupled in size, and was sold for an industry-leading valuation.
With 13 years of senior leadership experience in human capital management service delivery and an extensive consulting, technology, process, and strategy toolkit, Jeremy is well-placed to add value in business and people strategy.
Jeremy has an MBA in Strategic Management, but his real passion lies in moving beyond theory and helping business owners and leadership teams get REAL RESULTS FAST.
