After 30 years of success in business – the last 25 working for the best-in-class Gallo wine empire – Kristi Marsella is now focused on the area of her greatest strength and skill: the development of human performance. A top-rated facilitator, trainer and speaker, and an award-winning instructional designer, Kristi brings a unique and engaging set of skills to her clients. Kristi has a BS in Business from CSU Sacramento, and a Masters in HR/OD from the University of San Francisco.
