Managing Director
Ray serves as Managing Director for NDEON Consulting, a role that has him focused on business strategy and execution for our company and our clients. As our Chief Talent Optimizer, he manages our Certified Partner relationship with Predictive Index. Ray has been a PI Practitioner since 1992, applying the science of PI across several industries and in many environments.
Nancy Carpenter
Director, Consultant Engagement
As Director of Consultant Engagement, Nancy focuses on the selection, development and readiness of our internal team and for teams within our client organizations. With experience in senior business leadership roles, and as a former psychotherapist, Nancy brings a unique set of skills and drives that help clients successfully identify, engage, and retain talent. Nancy has been a PI Practitioner since 1992.
Bryan Odegard
Principal Consultant
In his role as Principal Consultant, Bryan approaches each client engagement with an emphasis on teamwork, personal accountability and flawless execution. He has successfully led multimillion-dollar programs for some of the nation's largest companies, while simultaneously mentoring colleagues and helping team members grow professionally. Bryan has been a PI Practitioner since 1993.
Sandy Otto
Operations Director
As Operations Director, Sandy brings years of experience in business management roles across a variety of organizations. She manages all employment, benefit and human resource activities for our company, and works directly with our clients to ensure that administrative interfaces and activities are correctly implemented. Sandy puts her natural customer service orientation to good use as our PI Training Coordinator.
