Founder & CEO

I am Meri M. Stockwell, MBA, CSP, CEP — founder and CEO of Meritas Advisory Group, organizational alignment strategist, Certified Predictive Index Partner, Positive Intelligence Coach, and author of Build Teams That Click.
My career spans more than 30 years across pharmaceutical manufacturing, procurement, operations, and executive leadership — on both the commercial and operational sides. Early in my career, I was often the only woman in the room. That experience taught me three things no MBA program covers: resilience, perspective, and the profound importance of inclusion and team alignment. Those lessons became the foundation of everything I build for my clients today.
I created the CLICK™ Framework — a practical, repeatable system that gives leaders a common language for aligning talent, building trust, and keeping accountability visible. I published Build Teams That Click through Marlin Publishing House, the boutique publishing imprint I founded to bring practical leadership tools to the people who need them most. I am also Chairperson of the St. Petersburg College School of Business and former President of ISM Florida Gulf Coast.
I am a lifelong learner and an AI-savvy strategist who helps business leaders use emerging tools without losing the human connection that drives real performance. I work with organizations globally — from growth-stage companies navigating rapid change to Fortune 100 teams realigning around new strategy.
Outside of work, I am an avid e-biker, a proud competitor in the LPGA Amateur Tampa Bay golf league, and the devoted owner of CC — a Cavapoo who makes regular appearances in my Sunrise Saturday video series, where she occasionally offers her own perspective on leadership. She has never been wrong.
