Like most businesses, are you worried about recruitment, retention and engagement? Is your people strategy aligned with your business strategy? Aligning business strategy with people strategy to produce business results is called Talent Optimization. The Predictive Index (PI) is an award-winning workforce assessment platform with 60+ years of proven science, assessment software, and a curriculum of management workshops, and Lead the Way Human Resources is a certified PI partner.
We are unique in that our leader is a highly experienced Human Resources professional who has over 25 years of Human Resources experience with over half that at the senior leadership level. She truly understands the challenges faced by HR professionals and by leadership, and is able to help HR leverage PI to address those challenges.

She has significant experience in the healthcare and human services sectors, where she has served as the senior HR leader for Neighborhood Health Plan, now Allways, South Shore Mental Health, Combined Jewish Philanthropies and Walker Inc. She started her career at Raytheon and spent 10 years in increasingly responsible positions at Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare. She is a graduate of Cornell University. Jack Welch says, “HR is the driving force behind what makes a winning team.” Roberta was that force at South Shore Mental Health Center, where she was a colleague and peer of mine for 6 years. As a senior executive, Roberta was a strategic thinker with strong business sense. As the Vice President of HR, Roberta was the constant champion for the employees, striving to build an organization that was truly the employer of choice. She was exceptionally creative and resourceful in leading the charge.
