A career in Engineering has led Kyllan to pursue his passion— helping engineering teams to own, drive, and support their talent & organizational development. In 2019, after two decades in engineering, Kyllan started his own consulting practice, KILI, focused on a singular mission—to Engineer Winning Teams.

KILI is different from other management consulting firms—its knowledge and expertise of the engineering profession combined with a hands-on approach to talent and organizational development differentiate it as a trusted partner. KILI partners with three distinct types of clients: Engineering Teams, Engineering Professionals, and Engineering School Administrators.

A credentialed professional coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Kyllan brings optimism and purpose to his work as a consultant and coach.  An alumnus of Babson College and the University of New Hampshire, Kyllan holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Kyllan is also an active member of the New England Chapter of International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE) where he serves as co-lead for the Mentoring Program as well as a Moai co-lead.
