Joe O'Brien
Directing Manager/CEO
Joe O’Brien, is an accomplished Human Resources executive with global experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development. Joe is a veteran of both publicly traded and privately held companies. His certifications include – Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR). He is a graduate of Gannon University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, and Mount Saint Mary Seminary, where he earned his Masters of Divinity degree.
Luanne O'Brien
Luanne O’Brien is an entrepreneur with a wide array of accomplishments. Known for her detail-oriented and precise nature, she was highly successful in the medical profession as a registered nurse (1976-1992), and later in the logistics profession as a project manager (1992-2002). In 2002, Luanne began studying Ballroom dancing as a new form of fitness. In 2008, Luanne’s medical background coupled with a desire to offer others an alternative form of wellness, led her to the founding of Integral Ballroom (now Integral Enrichment Center, LLC). As Executive Director of IEC, she is responsible for direct service, professional training, and business management. As Director of Implementation for Integral Business-IEC, Luanne onboards and assists with the training of all new clients, and provides ongoing support to maximize the PI Solutions.
