John Funk

John Funk


John has served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Spherion Staffing & Recruiting business for over 25 years. In this role, he has hired and managed dozens of managers throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

He has been a Consultant with the Predictive Index for over 10 years and is a true believer in the PI Behavioral and Cognitive assessment for optimal success in hiring.

Managing the implementation of the EOS Traction Business Strategy, he understands the importance of using metrics and data to hire employees and hold them accountable with forward-facing objectives to measure the critical activities that drive the organization. This coupled with the people data available from the Predictive Index makes this a winning combination.

With John’s experience recruiting for and working with multiple industries including manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and information technology, he brings additional value to clients in the hiring, re-organization, teambuilding and succession planning space.

With 17 years in sales and sales leadership in the medical field for corporate America, Sheena joined Insight Consulting to continue pursuing her passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams.

As a sales leader, Sheena was intrigued by how people behave, interact, sell, and drive for results. She wanted to make a similar impact accelerating the growth and success of other businesses and their leaders. Sheena delivers practical first-hand knowledge of how to best manage, train, coach, and motivate individuals and teams to realize their full potential.

Through her own corporate experience, Sheena utilized The Predictive Index to provide a blueprint for hiring, onboarding, coaching, and motivating her team members to achieve results. With the experience of using these tools in real-life scenarios, Sheena is confident she not only made better decisions about people throughout the hiring and management process, but also learned the importance of adjusting her management style to meet the motivational needs of each person to inspire them in achieving results.
