In the beginning, our engineers were very skeptical. Once they saw the accuracy of the results, they were more open to using the data. In2Great was able to provide support and credibility during the rollout and added value by tying the data to conflict management and better communication practices. The PI and IN2GREAT tools and sessions gave everyone a common language. Having IN2GREAT as a partner helped us fully leverage the tool, they provided training expertise that we did not have in-house.

Lisa - VP, Human Resources

Bob’s first job was to help me understand who I was as a leader. We moved on to the staff and the players. It was here we learned, using behavioral data, we are all not the same. As we began to analyze the behavioral data of our players, we realized that we were expecting them to lead in a way that was not consistent with who they really were. Could we have won two Stanley Cups without the work we did with Bob? Sure, we could have. But looking back, I wouldn’t want to take the chance!

John Cooper - Head Coach
Tampa Bay Lightning

Through this course, I analyzed my team’s data and the relationships between key project team members. I felt more comfortable delegating certain tasks or projects because I set clear expectations based on their behavioral data. My team embraces ownership, continues to feel valued as individuals, and works better as a team. Additionally, analyzing my own behavioral DNA helped to identify what my needs, strengths, and roadblocks are in my professional and personal life.
