Bob Borcherdt started IN2GREAT in 2011 with the intent to help businesses grow by building better leaders. Since then, the firm has grown to include the capability of performance analytics and focused leadership development processes. Bob has been a leader, strategist, and business owner for over 30 years. He has a wide range of experiences including financial, marketing, sales and sales management, manufacturing, and distribution. Bob is a graduate of the University of Toledo.

Sara Best is a results-driven, people-development professional with 25 years of experience serving global, national and regional organizations of all sizes and scope in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She is a certified Emotional Intelligence Assessment Administrator as well as an experienced Emotional Intelligence and Performance Coach. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in administration from Eastern Michigan.

She is energized by solving problems and is passionate about strong leadership. Nicki is a Certified Predictive Index Practitioner and uses people data to help individuals, teams, and organizations get results. Nicki also has over 15 years of experience using technology to develop and deliver powerful blended-learning content, workshops, and courses focused on people development.
