He also leads the PI and Employee Engagement Practice, working with clients on implementation of workforce analytics and assessments. In addition, Nick continues lead retained searches for clients around the world, peer advisory group facilitation and executive coaching.

As a certified PI trainer, Page Swanger manages the Client Success process for both our Predictive Index and Employee Engagement programs. Page works with clients from initial implementation through long-term success of our systems and tools. She assures client success and long-term retention.
