I'm an organizational development expert, strategic advisor, executive coach, facilitator, and author.

I've served in a number of senior level roles in the private, non-profit, and government sectors prior to starting High Peaks Group. I was a principal at Daggerwing Group, a global top-10 change management consultancy, and a partner at Great Place to Work - a global consultancy that produces the annual Fortune 100 Best Places to Work list - where I managed a $3M consulting portfolio. Earlier, I successfully led regional business development at K12 Inc, expanding market share in the highly competitive virtual learning space. I also led complex global change management projects for BroadVision, Inc's Worldwide Professional Services group. I was president of School Performance, an organization that worked to increase student achievement in low-income areas.

I earned an ICF executive coaching certification through the Teleos Leadership Institute in 2009. I have coached senior level executives in companies from $1M to $50B in revenue and across numerous industries including outdoor, retail, manufacturing, tech, healthcare, travel/hospitality, government, and many more.

I was also a founding executive coach and faculty member for the Presidio Institute’s Cross Sector Fellowship Program, a program designed in partnership with BlackRock, McKinsey and Company, and the Obama White House Office of Social Innovation.

I was awarded a Fuse Corps civic innovation fellowship in 2015 to coach and support non-profit and community leaders focused on raising high school graduation rates across the country. As a result, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation awarded my host organization – America’s Promise Alliance – a $100,000 grant to sustain the work.

I have a master’s degree in Positive Organizational Development & Change from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a second master’s degree in English Literature from the College of New Jersey and a bachelor’s degree (also English) from Gettysburg College. I hold numerous professional certifications including an International Coach Federation credential.
