Randy Samsel, HCS
Randy has an MBA from the Wharton School and is a Human Capital Strategist. After many years in leadership roles for international recruiting firms, he started eSearch in October 1998 to help clients acquire exceptional talent. In 2015, he started eSearch Talent Solutions to help clients navigate the fundamental shift in hiring from an abundance of talent to a scarcity of talent.
