Our Model, based on Predictive Index and America’s Business Operating System (A BOS), is formed on the US Gold Standard of Performance Excellence (i.e., Baldrige) and is a complete Framework and Approach with a full set of tried-and-true, practical Tools.

This allows us to guide and advise based on the three key components of a business in a holistic manner to evaluate and manage all elements of risk, while keeping in mind the delicate balance between People, Process, and Systems (Technology); in order to unlock the genius of your people and improve performance in 6 months or less.

Jim graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1981 and then went on to a long career in the Air Force as a leader, engineer, metallurgist, project/program manager, and acquisition officer. While in the Air Force S&T Office he developed AFSTAR (Air Force Science and Technology Report) and working with the Chief Scientist of the Air Force, created a process to rack/stack/evaluate/prioritize $4B in projects. Following that, Jim led a 65-person team to develop and insert 19 different advanced technology projects into the AMRAAM air to air missile while saving $42M and successfully completing 6 months ahead of schedule. He retired from Active Duty in 1996. He then took his endeavors into the commercial world with General Motors, John Deere, and 4 private equity industries to achieve 4 separate business turn-arounds at Best Power, Enerpac, Bobcat and Chromalloy. Over the years, he developed his personal brand of trust, hard work, transparency, alignment and accountability to lead organizations to achieve double digit improvements in profitability in less than 6 months. Additionally, he has become certified as a LEAN and Six Sigma Black Belt and led over 1200 projects returning over $250 million in value for research & development, operations, procurement, Sales and Operations Planning (SOP), after-market support and sales initiatives. His senior leadership experience with private equity, privately held companies, publicly held companies, government buying and selling can provide any business partner with personalized and tailored approaches and solutions that will best meet their needs at both the individual and organizational levels. Jim is a business owner in Palm Beach County and an active member, Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, Economic Forum of Palm Beach County, & Palm Beach Leadership Council. Finally he also helps business owners in the local area as a SCORE (part of the SBA) mentor and coach.

25+ years as a business Leader, Chris has added value (>$360 million in savings) and mitigated risk across borders, functions, levels, industries, & technologies, executing focused & system-wide programs. Consistently delivered fast results in both failing and robust situations for start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. His small business success is recognized at a global management consultant firm that achieved “Fast Fifty” by Crain’s Chicago Business and Inc. 5000.

Chris completed a dual-degree MBA program at Thunderbird & ESADE in Barcelona, Spain; joined Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in Chicago with to focus on non-labor cost reduction. Continued his international career joining Baxter International’s Corporate Audit team, performing application, audit, financial, operational, and plant reviews across the US, Europe, and Central/South America.

Later he joined Schering-Plough Corp. as a Finance Manager, focused on the P&L. In the Animal Health Business; responsible for Latin America, Far East, Europe, Canada, Middle East & Africa after an acquisition that 2X sales to $200 million in 54+ countries. Joined the Human Business, operating in 17 Latin American countries (sales of $506 million), managing operational issues, budget, close, estimates & plans.

In 2000, at The McGraw-Hill Companies’ Business Decision Support Group, he directed Finance and HR Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts in 11 departments. Reporting to EVP of HR, advised & led HR Risk Management and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project as part of a Business Transformation Team, spanning 80 projects with $60+ million in savings.

In 2009, he joined AArete, a global management consulting firm. He helped grow AArete by a factor of 10 (10 to 130+ employees) with similar increases in revenue; led multiple teams in non-labor cost reduction, compliance, & process improvement efforts, delivering $300+ million in savings.
