After a decade of training leaders, Jay ran away with Cirque du Soleil. At Cirque, Jay led the design of their corporate training program. Mastercard, Microsoft, Uber, Adobe, Google, the National Hockey League, SwissLife, Kmart Australia and SABMiller Latin America are just a few of the groups with which Jay has worked. Jay has a BA from Emory University and an MA from Columbia University. He specializes in experiential learning, conflict resolution, and best and next practices in leadership.

In addition to Zappos, Mark has also worked with companies such as DaVita Healthcare Partners, Gemvara, Grammarly, Naturebox, and Walker & Co. He has also conducted research and provided consulting services for Bose, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Google, Sony, and Panasonic. Mark specializes in performance optimization, leadership development and the neuroscience of team work.
