Since 1992, he has built more than 30 years of experience in people alignment, leadership, sales, and talent optimization. As CEO of Clear Leader, Kevin works with executives to hire with confidence, onboard with purpose, and coach for lasting performance. He is a certified Talent Optimization Expert with degrees from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and Fuller Seminary.
Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and his master's degree from Fuller Seminary. He is a certified Talent Optimization expert.
