Vice President and Principal

Jennifer Tomasik, Vice President and Principal, is skilled at developing and leading processes that clarify strategy, solve complex organizational challenges, ensure sustainable implementation, and build effective leaders and teams. She is a deep believer in the power of systems-thinking and the role of active engagement of people across all levels of an organization to shape, own, and contribute to their strategic future. Jennifer earned her BA from Tufts University and MSc from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She is a certified Predictive Index® Practitioner.

Caroline Ren

Talent Optimization Specialist

Caroline Ren is a talent optimization specialist with a passion to effect change and drive high performance for her clients. By working directly with CEOs and key executives, she builds strategic alignment across the organization and drives necessary cultural and organizational shifts using a proven methodology and change management approach. As a coach and facilitator, Caroline has built a unique ability to connect quickly and deeply with her clients to help them build effective processes, leadership skills, and teams to produce lasting results. Caroline earned her BA from Smith College and an MBA focused on Organizational Behavior/Design from The MIT Sloan School of Management. She is a certified Predictive Index® Practitioner.
