Dave Winston is the leader of Caldwell’s Industrial Practice and the leader of the Dallas office. With nearly 20 years of executive search experience, Dave has successfully completed searches for board directors, chief executive officers, presidents, chief operating officers, chief financial officers, and a broad range of functional vice presidents, and has placed these executives in start-up firms, small and medium-sized public and private firms, and major corporations.
Jay Millen is the managing Partner of Caldwell’s CEO & Board Practice and leads our Charleston office team. Working with publicly-traded and privately-held companies, Jay assists clients in senior-level recruitment and in the development of board and CEO succession plans as well as industry specific leaders at all levels in the natural resources and manufacturing sectors. Jay also has an extensive not for profit background at the board and senior executive level.
Chief Operating & Financial Officer
Chris Beck is Caldwell’s COO and CFO and corporate secretary. His role encompasses all of the financial and IR functions, and also day-to-day leadership and management across the firm, spearheading effective growth strategies and processes, and fostering a success-oriented accountable environment inside the firm. He also leads diversity, inclusion and equality initiatives, technology and process efficiency, growth of the firm’s agile talent solutions, and the identification of new service lines.
Client Success Manager
Anna Poeton is Caldwell’s Client Success Manager, acting as a team lead in the training and implementation of PI across the firm, managing onboarding of new clients and supporting our PI sales efforts. She is also an Associate based in our Charleston office, focusing on candidate development across several industry sectors within executive search.
