Brian Audia is passionate about increasing employee engagement! That’s why Brian is an inspirational leader in the movement to promote business as a tool for human flourishing. As a businessman, organizational development expert and former nonprofit executive, Brian is honored as one of the Top 40 Alumni of Auburn University at Montgomery for his impact on the world, alongside two former Chairs of the United States Joint Chiefs of Staff and a Saudi Prince. Brian, his staff and boards have managed tens of thousands of volunteers and raised millions of dollars around the globe doing ministry to impact lives for the better. Brian has directed humanitarian and social service operations in over 40 nations and two dozen cities across the United States. He is recognized widely as a coalition builder and collaborative enterprise leader. Brian serves as the President and CEO of AUDIA, a growth oriented consulting company providing organizational development and executive leadership services to increase the performance of businesses, nonprofits and ministries.
Mr. Cuthbertson is an Advisor for AUDIA Consulting, specializing in Strategic Planning and Strategy Management. In January 2014, Mr. Cuthbertson retired from a 25 year career as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), finishing his career as Assistant Director of the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division. Mr. Cuthbertson graduated magna cum laude from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and economics. He was employed in private industry as a staff accountant and accounting manager prior to joining the FBI.
Paige spent 20+ years earning herself a solid reputation as a strategic, competitive marketer and sales representative with nationally recognized companies, such as Microsoft Corporation and Kinko’s, Inc. She has served 15 years in the non-profit sector, in senior staff positions and as a pastor for both large and small churches of the United Methodist North Texas Conference. As an Advisor with AUDIA and a certified Predictive Index Talent Optimization Consultant, Paige leverages both her corporate and non-profit experience to coach teams and individuals on reaching their full potential, and taking their organization to the next level.
