PI community, education, and support now offered through new PI Catalyst platform
At PI, our team is super-focused on user experience and the customer journey. PI was no different…until now.
Today PI is excited to announce the launch of Catalyst — a revolutionary platform tailored to the PI customer journey. True to its name, Catalyst gives our clients access to the people, materials, and support they need to get the most out of PI, and have maximum impact across their organization. Catalyst is tightly integrated with the PI workforce assessment software, allowing users to seamlessly go between doing and learning.
Here’s a breakdown of the Catalyst platform:
- Community – PI users can now connect with, and learn from, fellow PI users in our exclusive Community. We’ve also loaded it with fun and educational challenges for users to complete and earn rewards as they implement and maximize PI in their organization.

People are complex. Software may help us predict workplace behavior so we can make the best human capital management decisions, but it will never replace the need for self-awareness and practice necessary to hire the best, inspire them, and keep them engaged.
