Transcript: Taking the Behavioral Assessment

If requested to take a Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment, you were either sent an email or link that brought you to a page similar to the one on the screen. The first thing you’ll want to do is confirm the language you want the assessment to be in and then enter some basic information such as your First name, last name and an email address. Once finished, click Continue.

The next page will give you a rundown of what you can expect when taking the assessment. Read the page carefully and once finished, click Continue.

You will be directed to a page with a large amount of adjectives. Carefully read each of the adjectives and check the boxes next to each of those that you feel describe the way you are expected to act by others at work. For instance if you’re in a position where you do a lot of mathematical work, you might say a coworker or manager would feel that you should be patient, rational, or analytical. Keep in mind there is no maximum amount of adjectives you can select so be sure to check any of the items that you feel apply. Once finished, click Continue.

The next page will also display a large list of adjectives but this time you will now be checking the boxes of those adjectives that you believe really describe you. Once again, there is no maximum so if you feel a word applies to who you are, be sure to check that box. Once finished, click Submit.

You’ll be directed to a page to let you know you have completed the assessment and that your responses have been submitted. If this link was sent to you by another party, they will also be notified that your assessment has been completed.
