Transcript: Preparing for your workshop

Welcome! We’re excited to join you on your journey with The Predictive Index. 

During this learning experience, you’ll explore what drives people and how that plays out in your business. You’ll learn how to connect those insights to your business goals and make strategic decisions to optimize your company’s talent.

Your workshop begins now, online. The work you do before the in-class portion is critical to helping you maximize the value you’ll see. When you get to the in-person experience, your facilitator will walk you through activities using the data and information from the work you do before you enter the classroom. 

This workshop is designed to help you take action and have an impact, starting with you! which is why the first step is to take your behavioral assessment. 

Then, from the software, send behavioral assessments to people you work closely with such as your manager, someone you supervise, and others that you collaborate with. 

You’ll also complete a couple of quick online lessons before-hand, which introduce you to some basic PI concepts and language. These lessons will provide you with a solid foundation and allow you to hit the ground running to obtain a deeper understanding in class.

Use our checklist and job aid to print out the reports you’ll need. Having this data is going to make your learning experience personal and relevant to you. 

At the workshop, you’ll learn what it means to be a Talent Optimizer and to use the PI methodology to create self-aware employees and managers, hire strategically, analyze team dynamics, and inspire your people to perform at their highest levels.

You’ll also plan and take action as you start implementing your talent optimization approach to make an immediate impact in your organization. You’ll have plenty of support along the way.
