Transcript: Manager Development Chart

For even a veteran manager, leading people can be a daunting task. But with the Manager Development Chart, users can get insights into a manager’s areas of strengths and areas of caution to support self-development.

Once logged into your PI software, hover your mouse over Inspire and click Managers. Next, select Manager Development Chart. Begin typing the name of the manager, select their name from the list and then click the generate button.

The system will now generate the manager development chart which you can scroll through for an in-depth look at the intensity of their factors as well as strengths, cautions and tips on how to be self-aware and successfully lead a team. And you can always keep this sheet handy by emailing, printing or downloading the chart right to your computer using their associated buttons.
