When working with customers it is important to track data. Not only are we tracking names, email addresses and phone numbers, but it is also important to track engagement, requests, issues, annual renewals and revenue, subscriptions, and headcounts. Without a tool that can hold all this information, keeping track can become overwhelming. To track all this information, we use a customer relationship management tool, or CRM.

In this course you will learn how to navigate the main tabs and sections, search for accounts, and review your dashboard. You will also see how to create accounts, add contacts, search for leads, and create opportunities.

Salesforce can at first look overwhelming, but it is a really easy-to-use tool.  We are excited to walk you through the basics. Let’s get started.
