Questionnaire Submission and Escalation Process
If a prospect/client has been given all the resources and they are still requesting a formal questionnaire or survey to be completed, they will send that request using this form.
Those cases should automatically route to the Tier 2 team. However, if you find one in Tier 1, acknowledge receipt of their request and let the client/partner know that they can expect a response in 5-7 business days (7-10 if current volume is high). Questionnaires can be time-consuming, as they require a lot of cross-departmental collaboration to ensure we are providing accurate and up-to-date information to the client.
