Software 101 – Dashboard and Administration

As a member of the User Operations Team, you have the privilege to access all active client and partner software systems.  This allows us to help troubleshoot clients and partners issues in real time.  To toggle between software, you will select the software name in the upper lefthand corner, beginning typing the name of the client or partner, and select them.  If at any time you want to test, play, experiment with features, visit *PI Sandbox.  Here you can experiment without worrying about messing anything up.

Silly Productions Training Center, UOS is also an environment where you can try what you have learned.  Your activities for the software module will have you working out of here.

Before we get too far ahead of ourselves, let’s make sure you can log in. To log into the software visit app.predictiveindex.com.

• Password: <email address password> (case sensitive)
