Data Privacy: GDPR/CA Verification

General Information

Data security is extremely important to the Predictive Index as it gives our customers the assurance that their data is being collected, processed, and stored securely.

PI has implemented data privacy principles that adhere to international privacy laws and data protection requirements.

In this next lesson we will highlight a few important rules that UOS must follow when servicing partner and clients, as well as show you where to locate resources to share with partners and clients.

  1. The Predictive Index collects very low-risk information from clients using the software.  The only Personally Identifying Information (PII) required for software usage are names and email addresses.  We do not collect, process, or host financial information, medical records, or high-risk PII such as date of births or social security numbers.
  2. We support 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) / Multi-factor Authentication (MFA). For more information please check this link.
  3. We do not support integration with clients’ SAML/SSO protocols — meaning users of the software must log in using PI’s authentication service. However, we have that on our roadmap.
  4. PI does not directly manage physical servers/data-centers where the software and data are hosted and processed.  Data primarily resides in Microsoft Azure (i.e. database).
