Clients and partners often contact us because they are having trouble utilizing software features.  The following troubleshooting guide will teach you areas to check to help them resolve their issues.  If after attempting these troubleshooting steps and the problem is still not resolved, there could be a bug in the software and at that time you will escalate the case to Tier 2 for further investigation.
