Features
- The recruiter can initiate the assessment for the candidate by moving them to a specified step in TEE.
- Request a PI assessment on a candidate-by-candidate basis using the “Take Action” feature in TEE.
- Upon completion of the assessment, a report link can be updated on the Recruiting Workflow in TEE.
- Management Style and Influencing Style information can be made available in the Behavioral report returned to TEE.
- If using PI Job Targets assigned to TEE requisitions, then PI Job Match/Fit Scores will be brought into TEE.
- The integration will detect whether a candidate has already completed the PI assessment for your company and will return the candidate’s previously completed PI assessment results to the Recruiting Workflow in TEE.
