Joynd (formerly called HRNX) offers a standard, real-time integration between ADP Recruiting Management and The Predictive Index (PI) assessment platform. You can configure job requisitions in ADP RM to automatically request the assessment for candidates during the application process or you can initiate the assessment request for a specific candidate.

- Cognitive Report
- Automatically re-direct your candidates to PI to complete their assessment during the application process. PI will re-direct the candidate back to ADP RM upon completion of the assessment.
- Upon completion of the assessment, a report link is updated on the Assessment Results view which provides access to the Behavioral Report as a PDF.
- Management Style and Influencing Style information can be made available in the report returned to ADP RM.
- The integration will detect if a candidate has already completed the PI assessment for your company and will return the candidate’s previously completed PI assessment results to the Recruiting Workflow in ADP RM.
