Michelle Kozin

Michelle Kozin

Founder

Michelle provides expertise and counsel to growth-focused leaders in the areas of hiring, leadership development, team dynamics, sales enablement and managing transformational change.

Michelle has been using data and analytics to optimize business productivity for 20 years. She is a senior practitioner of the Predictive Index methodology, having implemented and taught it to thousands of managers during the past 15 years.

Previously, Michelle was an executive at The Predictive Index responsible for learning and enablement programs for the company’s global consulting network. During Michelle’s tenure as a change management consultant for Accenture, she helped clients pivot their go-to-market strategies. Her experience spans SaaS, supply chain, manufacturing, sales enablement, conflict resolution, new manager development and agile teams. Michelle has a dual bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University where she was a Remembrance Scholar and an MBA from Babson College.

Chris Palmer

Chris Palmer

During his 30-year corporate career, Chris led global operations spanning the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa with companies like Volvo Cars, Alstom, and Lafarge. This experience, particularly as a former Chief People Officer, gives Chris a unique perspective on the decision-making challenges many executives face today.
He understands the leadership psyche, the keys to executive leadership, and how to build successful and integrated teams.

Today, as an ICF-certified Executive Coach and People Strategy expert, Chris works with leaders across several sectors and disciplines in large global companies, as well as small to medium-sized businesses. He combines his deep executive experience with behavioral science, analytics, and change management skills to build confidence and capability in leaders and their teams.

Roberta Goldman-Wilkinson

Roberta Goldman-Wilkinson

Roberta is a Human Resources expert with more than 25 years of leadership experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit worlds. She has significant knowledge of the healthcare and human services sectors, where she served as a senior HR executive for Neighborhood Health Plan (now Allways), South Shore Mental Health (now Aspire), Combined Jewish Philanthropies, and Walker Inc.
Roberta has worked in a wide variety of organizations – both enterprise and emerging. She is a trusted advisor to smaller and mid-sized companies through her fractional CHRO engagements. As a Certified Predictive Index Partner and Talent Optimization Consultant, she is a seasoned executive coach, helping businesses keep their leaders, teams, job targets, and culture in alignment with their business strategy.
